Especially women and children are more prone to the disease. At present many children have died due to measles in Mumbai and the state and even today many children are suffering from this disease in Mumbai city. For this reason, a health screening camp for women and children was organized on December 24, 2022 by the Maharashtra State Commission for Protection of Child Rights in association with the Health Department of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation in D-Ward Division. About 500 women and children benefited from this camp. Free vaccination, medical check-up, Malaria, T.B. They were provided check-up, dental check-up and free drug treatment for women and children.
